 How do the elements of your production work together to create a sense of ‘branding’? 

Our project consists of various elements that help in creating a sense of ‘branding’. In the project, we used cross-media marketing/branding throughout to promote our products. We incorporated the same font on the front and back of the digipak, which can also be seen on our social media page. This shows that our product has factors that make our overall project recognisable.

Throughout our products, we keep a colour scheme to help recognise our artist and give him uniqueness. The colour scheme we have gone with is mainly beige, dark blue and black. Not only are these colours incorporated through our project for recognition but also because these colours are symbols. The colour black creates a sense of mystery and death, blue symbolises sadness, and beige represents softness and melancholy. These colours come together and create a sense of branding.
In addition to that, we’ve repeated the aspect of the black background not only for the digipak but also for the lipsyncing in the music video. This yet again links to the colour symbols and further helps in branding our products.

The artist we ‘created’ has a story to tell and that helps him connect with a large audience, connecting with various types of people to create a sense of branding.
